Project Description

A new mixed use development to provide retail and residential (to rent) units on the site of derelict run down market buildings.

Set adjacent to the recently redeveloped Bakers Arms, a prominent corner building on a main junction of Hoe Street and Lea Bridge Road. This building has been carefully designed to accommodate 6 flats for rent and 2 retail units, just inside the Bakers Arms conservation area.

With simple brick detailing and window proportions drawn from the surrounding buildings Neu have created a well considered modern building in keeping with the locality.
