A new build Mews house to replace an existing dilapidated house.

With a footprint of only 26sqm enclosed on 3 sides with 5 neighbours this small house was incredibly complex strategically.

The design works hard to make the best use of the small space within a limited height, to create a 2 bedroom house of 85sqm (with basement) behind the original frontage.
